SBAC Renews Delegated Lending Authority with the SBA
The U.S. Small Business Administration renewed SBAC’s authority to review and approve Community Advantage (CA) loans in-house. The delegated authority allows SBAC to process small 7(a) loans faster without needing approval from the SBA.
As a CA SBLC, SBAC can offer loans up to $350K to small businesses in underserved markets. Serving as 1 of only 142 Community Advantage Small Business Lending Companies (CA SBLC) in the US, SBAC continues to perform its mission and prove our thorough commitment to the small business community.

Do you know about the required Beneficial Ownership Information reporting?
Effective January 1, 2024, many companies in the United States must report information about their beneficial owners to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN).
Beneficial ownership information reporting is not an annual requirement. Unless there are company change and updates.
If your company was created or registered prior to January 1, 2024, you will have until January 1, 2025, to report BOI.
If a company is created or registered in 2024, you must report BOI within 90 calendar days after the company’s creation to register.
